Just a couple of pages back, there was this:
I seem to recall someone at CERN posting here too...
Edit: they only had ~300Mb/s download. Even I have your upload beaten though :)

BT, as per usual. A damn sight better than TalkTalk, though.
"Up to" 12Mb, so it's a nice sight to see it actually hitting it.

Shame my ping goes to 60+ on wifi upstairs. I need to run an Ethernet cable through to my machine at some point. (This is tested on the downstairs Dell that's plugged straight into the HomeHub3.)

This was yesterday - usually I get a better ping than this (just re-ran the test using the same server and got a ping of 12) but this is the best download speed I've managed. Best upload is a little higher:

Bristol University Resnet, costs £75 for the year (October - June). The speed is supposed to be 50Mb/s symmetric so it's doing better than it's supposed to. It does have a cap of 48gb a week though which exceeding gets you put on a restricted network of about 5Mb/s each way. I'm gonna miss this speed when I move out of halls next year.

EDIT: I'd like to see what I get for streaming though... Can't stream anything without a completely unacceptable amount of buffering.
