Okay, quick question. I've got a PS2, a PS2 8GB Memory Card, and a lot of PS2 Games. Though, one game in particular is made for the PS1 (Final Fantasy 5 and 6 - anthology set.) And ... they don't see my memory card in slot 1 or 2. :duh:
Do I need a PS1 Memory card, or is this a limitation of the PS2 reverse compat?

Nope, you need a PS1 memory card.

If you happen to have PS3 you can make a virtual memory card and not have to bother with it.

Just to add, while you cannot actually save PS1 data to a PS2 memory card from within the game, you should however be able to dump saved data on the PS1 memory card not being used onto the PS2 memory card as a sort of backup. I remember keeping old FF8 files on my PS2 card to clear up space on the PS1 memory card.
