I need your help guys please! i don't wan't to ruin my new switch!

For the LED, it doesn't show witch end is + and which end is -, so could i hurt it if i put the positive in the negative and the negative in the positive or will it just not work?

Is that a negative I see? I would say that at this point you have the wires reversed. The power swith doesn't matter as it is only an NO switch.

i think thats the same pic but just to see

And this panel is my favorite ill be posting a lot more pics of it, but im running short on time. Look at the mesh, its so awsome! the camera makes it look like blurry plexi but its mesh

OMFG WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MOBO TRAY

jkjk i hate my dremel, it cant cut crap so what i did was i drilled a ton of holes! then of course...
Shot with COOLPIX P4 at 2007-07-18
ahhh wow thats pretty good huh! the first pic you can see where i had started filing, and after a LOT of filing i ended up with this :) don't worry if its straight or not, i problably didn't even need to file it cuz its under the mobo but hey, i don't want to cut any corners here! BTW for you confused people, the holes are to help hide wires
    one more thing,
    [IMG]

The mesh on the side panel. A fan will go on here and then that will go over the hard drives

man i got a lot done today!!!
    wired/sleeved power button
    cut out and sanded RTX
    completely mirrored RTX
cut holes in the mobo tray
painted the 3 panels 3 times(had to redo, ugh)
lots and lots of sanding for the paint

man im tired! hopefully a productive day tomoro too!

.... angry there any? if i was you i would invest in a good file and try to straighten out those lines. if necessary re-tape the lines and use a Tsquare for perfect 90 deg. lines. trust me when your all and done with the case and you see crooked lines you will kick yourself in the pants for your laziness.

I'm with this guy. Dude,.... you need to slow down. You're not using cutting wheels with your dremel are you? Dont use the other drill like bits. They down cut aluminum for S@#$. use cut off wheels. And tape too! Think STRAIGHT lines! Think 90 degree angles! Slow and spend more of your time drawing out straight lines. I think we can all agree that before you go ahead and start cutting up all your stuff that you should post pics of your work all taped up,... with all off your lines drawn out to perfection so we can see. We want to see your straight lines first BEFORE you cut! ok?

I was going to say the same thing. Some of those cuts look like you were drinking when you made them.....J/K. But seriously, a square isn't much money at all and you will be much happier with the end results. Also, it looks like the panels are 'dented' where some of the screw holes are. A couple of wood blocks and a hammer could straighten that out.
Take your time, you'll notice some of the really good projects here take months to complete.

yeah i know lots of my lines have been crooked, guys keep in mind im really new to power tools! this project was my first time using a drill(i didn't even have a drill, now i have a press and a hand drill :D) and my el cheapo jigsaw keeps swearving off to the left, which can be a big problem ehhehe.

About my dremel, i have the diamond cut off wheel. Its just that i had to use my dremel for lots of stuff it wasnot ment for :( and the motor is starting to die. It was about 25/30$ anyways, so moneys not the issue.

I don't think the mobo tray is that bad considering how i cut it!

Dude if you jig saw is running off to the side,... stop cutting! Meaning stop pushing. Correct your angle and then cut a little. You dont have to make one complete run. Cut a little bit at a time. Practice sketching out lines line to cut. That should be your first priority! You get me soldier? For someone that has never used power tools before,.... I got to give it to you,.......... you haven't cut any anything off, body parts that is:))

Looking better. Be sure to use some c-molding around those so you don't cut your cables. When using a dremel, let the tool do the work and make your cuts in the opposite way the cutter is rotating to avoid jumping.
