    Being a moderator on here is an invite only job usually. Staff members like myself and current moderators will often spot members who show all the right qualities and ask them to join us.

    Qualities include:
    • Tact
    • Diplomacy
    • Respect from other members
    • Regular attendance on the forums
    • Sense of Humour
    • Literacy
    • Some knowledge of the subject of the forum they moderate
    • Patience

    Things that are not really relevant:
    • Nationality
    • Post count
    • Cool avatar
    • Amazing PC
    • Level of education
    • Gender
    • Religion
    • Sexuality
