    I'd say that's against the spirit of the comp tbh. The idea is to exercise mad sketchup skills to model something, not get your pen & paper out and go mad with your imagination. :p

    Believe me dude, when I say it is the best time to learn. A month ago, I couldn't SketchUp a box, but after sticking to it for a few hours, I'd happily say I can do just about anything... honestly, just give it a shot :thumb: I look forward to seeing an entry from you.

    Go on! Give it a shot! Its no Cobalt, but my god is it fun.

    And apparently, neither have you seen my prodigious modding skills :p :hip:

    I've also sent a few emails out, so I'll keep you all posted on the sponsor-obtaining progress...

    You can work on as many ideas as you would like, but to keep it fair for everyone else, I'll have to say that you have to chose your favourite to submit as your entry...

    Mine is about 10% ready. I'll post up a pic when my front panel is done.
