Graphics sli overclocking? 7800gtx...

    Both my gpu's are idling at around 48 C, which is what the single card was before SLI. knowing this, i decided i'd just tweak up the clock speeds just a tad. however, with coolbits, whenever i increase the core or memory by even 1 mhz, i fail the stability test even though my gpu is cool enough. then i tried rivatuner...same thing. is sli overclocking disabled in drivers or something? is there a way i could do this?

    i also tried a program called powerstrip, because i saw on some other forums a guy reach massive OC's with these cards. However, whenever i bump up the core even 1 mhz, the program knocks it all the way down to 275 core from 450

    Which drivers are you using? Up until a certain driver revision any overclocks (or even underclocks) would result in the stability tests failing in both coolbits and rivatuner...

    i am using the latest drivers, 77.72, which is what puzzles me...
