Sounds like fun to me, however it should be noted that I am not a system admin, I just follow our system admin around and fix all the stuff he breaks :p

You would figure that with all the training and certs he must have had to take in order to get the job would make him slightly more qualified than a teenager with no certs and no pro training, wouldn't you? :worried:

Thank you for your job maintaining some unknown computer network, smilodon. You make their world go round :)

Hey, someone needs to thank those poor under-appreciated IT admins :thumb:

And roto, you've just made yourself the official IT-thanker-person-thingy :thumb: Congrats.

As well, Twisted Sister is no where near as good of a band as I thought they were (just returned from their concert, they've not played in canada for over 20 years)

I'm not a system admin in an office or anything, rather the neighborhood. The shear joy I feel when someone starts yelling at me about how they can't get on the internet anymore because they uninstalled the drivers and software for the wireless network card I installed just the day before....simply indescribable.

But yea, thank you unheard, underappreciated admins keeping businesses up and running despite other employee's best efforts.
