Hehe yeah, maybe i should give it a light sanding to smooth it back. You can't see the "meltedness" under UV, but my cameraphone just doesn't do it justice at the moment.

Just realised you can't really tell what i've done with the SATA cables in the previous ones, so let me walk you through it Both cables are tucked into in a single piece of cable sleeving, with the plugs shrunk as close to together as possible. Which runs down under the AGP slot, next to the chipset heatsink. Out on an angle when it hits the floor of the case. And branches out to plug into both drives.
Great bondo and paint job on the front panel psynapse. I also really like the sleeving and cable management, really neat. Well done.
Haha With 1.9v through it, it rarely goes over 30°c. With the stock chipset heatsink on this DFI nf3 ut250GB it was pushing over 50°c
I should do something like that with my mobo and graphiccard, original solution is just too noisy and unefficient
reminds me of some asus stock NB heatsinks, very tiny heatsinks with an even smaller 8k-9k rpm noisy fan on it. Just crazyness if you're NOT replacing that ones
