my misfortune was having to use a set at university for a whole term. i actually gave up listening to music. then a got some cheap hifi stuff which i could fit in my uni room. problem solved
Ahh, so it was just a matter of to many speakers sitting around. Although you could have set it into Stereo mode and just used the two front and the sub.
I think he means he hated how they sounded so he refused to listen to music till he got something better.
