Cooling Asus A8N Deluxe NB W/Cooling, is it needed?

    CPU runnin at 2.4ghz and my gfx card at 600/600 core/mem i get 35c CPU and 30c gfx along with around the 30 mark chipset...fans all running virtually silently... with fans on full bore I can keep her about the mid 20's on all ranges using only a 120mm rad n twin fans. I figure that next upheavil to SLi i am gonna get shot of the chipset cooler... uprate my rad size n perhaps remotely mount the rad.
