enter your WHOLE thing as the username, etc

so if your user is xxxxxxx, use

    gotadsl.co.uk/xxxxxxxxx-fw

    that sorted my problem.

Just phone them - in seemingly everyones worldly experience, nildrams technicalsupport and customer services are second to none. Hell, some of the 'premium' you pay for nildram is down to their excelent staff! Send them an email if you shy away from telephone contact - or it's just plain inconvienient.

ADSL usernames are in the format:

    <username>@gotadsl.co.uk

    eg:

    fowler@gotadsl.co.uk

You need to ensure that your modem/router is set up for the UK - Nildram will be best talking you through that to be honest.

Can you share your experience here please, because I have same problem although I'm not with Nildram but UKOnline ?

Was the problem hardware/OS/driver or ISP related?

PS: my ADSL modem is a BT Voyager 105
