Ok, after some looking on other guys h2o rigs with a better system than me and they use a single BI pro. Would it be able to cool my system in my sign including cpu, gpu and nb with 3/8 tubings and with a hydro L30 pump? I will use a 120mm 16db adda fan. Then to my secon question, if a single rad could cool my rig witch is best a Aqua Computer Airplex EVO 120 radiator or a 120mm BI pro?

I'm planing to use these blocks:
    AquaComputer Cuplex EVO, socket 478
    Pump Hydor L30
Aqua Computer Airplex EVO 120 radiator
    Watercool Heatkiller GPU Rev. 2.0
    Alphacool NexXxoS NBX-I Intel Chipset

Should be fine, but you might consider using a 240 or a pair of 120's to give yourself some headroom.

If your going to use 3/8" tubing I would opt for the BI Pro instead.

Personally, I find CPU, NB and GPU puts far too much heat into the loop for a single 120mm radiator to cope with. You can always buy the BIP and have a push-pull fan config, see how it goes and add another if you feel necessary.

I'd urge you to go for a BIP dual though :thumb:

If it were me I'd go for a BIX. Better performance.
You can always use the boiling water method to get your 3/8 tubing over the 1/2 barbs.
Make sure you use a shrowd and you're all good.

So a singel BI extreme are better than a dualpro? But how will it work with my silent fans? will they be abel to get some air through the radiator?

The fins in the BIP are not as dense as the BIX. If you're going for silence the BIP will probably be better.
