Done a bit of cutting here and there on the chassis;

Rear cutout for BIX


Front cutout for Thermochill


Overall Chassis - as it stands.


It'll look better once its painted...

Randomly and to my complete suprise, my Mums boyfriend asked if I wanted him to get the top panel cut on a proper saw (professional )
Also, he's gonna get the Res mounting bracket polished up for me

Heres the current progress of the side panels.

Top panel has been cut, and I should get it back either Saturday, or Monday Yay!
And, apparently, the guys are trying to find the best polishing stuff possible for the Res bracket

How do you gonna fasten the glass? what about on the outside, some uv plexi fastned with 3M screws and shiny edges are awsome. I'l find an example for you

 

Ohhh, that? Double sided (strooonng) Tape + Sealant.

Hmm, sorry for the lack of updates
Top panel is cut and ready for paint, side panels are 90% done.

Chassis might get primered and first coat tmoz, if weather permits.

Currently securing the purchase of a flow meter for the loop, hopefully get it.
Bit more technical now ;P

Also Klikka, i'm not using UV acrylic, would not work with this at all
Going for Dark grey. So, not black but it'll work perfect with the lighting as the names goes

Apoligies for the delay.
Several reasons; The painter is wanting to do it properly, so its taking longer than we first thought.
I cocked up a side panel, so i'm a few coats behind

Recieved today: ACryan 8mm thick sheet of Black Plexi, WOW. this stuff is so nice
Also, a 2x20 Matrix Orbital display
Few more interesting bits this week.
