Some images of the working phases (CNC milling machine) of the case rear panel. Z O O M ! Z O O M ! Z O O M ! Z O O M ! Z O O M ! Z O O M ! Z O O M ! Z O O M ! Z O O M ! Z O O M ! See you soon with the images of the assembled piece. Bye bye
Hey G69T, Man, I am digging all that machining; drooling to be precise. I am following this build like a fanatic stalker...don't get crazy people, I mean the build not the builder. I am building a machine that is based on a VMC a design, much like the machine you are working on, only on a much smaller build, that is what you are milling your pieces on, (a VMC), correct? Now are the beveled edges being machined with a radius bit?
Thanks guys! What's a VMC? Yes, the tool moves with 2 interpolated axis on the profile (X and Z-axis) , this one is repeated with multiple Y-axes steps (sorry for my english ). Bye bye

Amazing work G69. I really envy your CNC skills and only wish I had some equipment like that at my disposal it must be alot of fun to play with. I hope the remainder of the top half can live up to my expectations after the water station put the bar so high.
Great work on that back plate, how much remaning of the case? I also got some part made on a CNC for my case, here are a link. I treaded it for a lexan plate on 1x400x250mm The guy who made it used two hours on it, and he works with the CNC every day. So what do you think about jis work then?
Hi CNC-man , Your work it's beatiful and i think U're a little bit crazy to concept this fantastic work!! But I've a terrible question....hehehe What kind of soft do you use to create the cad-design and interface with CNC? CATIA?solidworks?? ;M)
