Here's mine - done yesterday at Powerstation in Tewkesbury. I'm afraid I have no clue about these things so if you guys could give some pointers on what looks good/bad that would be great. It's a MY06 2.5 FXT - engine mods are 3" Milltek turbo back system, VF39 Turbo, 255lph Walbro Fuel Pump and Tek3 remap. Unfortunately I couldn't get the upgraded intercooler on so had to stick with the oem one but plan to upgrade asap. Cheers Pete
Yea you wanna be driving at around 4k rpm which gives the best returns, but you're good all the way up to 5.3ish
Tht intercooler should do very well. You have enough tourque to get those weels burning ruber. And you dont want to drive at 4k range. Your shift points should be around 4 if you want better economy. and always keep it one gear ahead if you dont want to dump unecesary fuel out.
youve got a nasty flat spot between 4k and 5k, it looks liek fueling, what did the person doing the testing say, get the FMIC on there ASAP. are you running stock injectors? have you had the ECU remapped? that will probably sort it out for you other than that it looks good. Edit after seeing mod list: get the ECU Remapped as soon as the FMIC goes on and jet uprated injectors, you'll see a big gain
Hi - thanks for pointing that out - I see that now, will look out to see if that's evident on the road ! Have got 550 injectors which should be fine for up to 370 + so don't think thats an issue - I did get an uprated fuel pump though.. Will get it remapped though with the new Intercooler on.. Thks Pete
