    Tracage of the SHIELD

[IMG]I recommend to you the tracage with the soldering iron then cutting with the dremel not with the jigsaw because it breaks the plexi, here the plexi is thickness of 2mm
The frosted mounting foot of the shield in plexi of 8mm is curved

    [IMG][IMG]
On this photograph one sees the plates arriére and side

"VIRUS" is in good way here photographs
The installation of the DD and reader DVD in their beams
    [IMG]
The DD here is hs it is for the photograph with its cooling, painted in black chechmate as well as the reader DVD.Le DD is maintained by spacers in the vacuum
    [IMG]
The sheath of left will be for the alim DVD, and the line for the DD

I lowered the top of the beams of 6cm, drilling of the amounts

    [IMG][IMG]Veiled that plait me better
On the shield I engraved VIRUS XP as well as cracks but I miss the impacts of balls

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    :D NEWS IN PHOTOGRAPHS

the mask of "VIRUS", is too heavy for the tete, therefore I remakes it

LIVE the burner, with plexi of 2mm and the old mask veiled the result
POSITIVE TEST thus I manufacture of it a second with always plexi of 2mm
    [IMG]

Aprés of many cuttings to the dremel, (il lack ears as well as the remainder of cranium)

Veiled the mask in provisional position with a Web-camwood on its neck(it was the support of my lcd 4*20, veiled the proof that one should not anything throw)
a sight of back with the support as well as the Web-camwood on the rotary support, because the tete turns from left to right and rocks from top to bottom

With the second Web-camwood but its position is provisional, way PREDATOR it is right for the photograph

I made him the moitie of a cranium as if one had broken the tete in the butchery kind the eyes are in place but it is necessary that I regle the Web-camwood to center it on the level of the orbit

You should put a link to this discussion in your signature so people don't have to scroll all the way to the begining post to get the link. You didn't include the link in your last 7 updates. Just a suggestion.

Nice work by the way, awesome plexi melting skillz!

I came to think about one thing.
In the movie Virus the aliens use humans as spareparts and put them together with machines. I see no flesh :(
