    you where right up until there,
    there are seven cells per core, so you don't need to divide by 7... you would get arround 60 ps3's per wafer thus $50 per core.

    EQC: your pretty much right there. The biggest problem will be the parallel programming, and sorting out the dependencies of data flow around the machine.

    Specofdust: 512mb is loads of ram. Dont forget this is not a PC, its a console.
