I know I already bought the case and all, but I like this one better, so I got it too. Plus it already has the whole car look.

I can always use the other later.

What if I dremel the middle to join the grills together? I may still go with the first.

Have to agree, first one and the design plans. Looks very good imo. The BMW replica thing looks god awful :( But if you could chop off the bmw bit, it would look better than the first one imo.

The first case looks much better, Better styling and looks less fake, which imo is what you want if your looking for a nice individual case that has hints of american muscle car styling.

I would still try to make you a scoop. But I liked the first case much better. The second one to me feels to cheesey and prefabbed. But if you like it you can tare the hell out of it.

That case is a POS, thats the first case i bought, and i regret it.
The front 'grill' isnt functional, as theres a nice sheet of plastic in between it and the fan mounts... stupid

The power and HDD leds on the top light up the entire room, and are blindingly bright...

Both fans that came with the case died relativley quickly...

Plus after i bought this case, i realized i dont like doors :p

I hope you can make something with this case, good luck :thumb:

Alright here's the plan. I will stick with the first case, but it doesn't look like I can create a scoop, so....

I will cut a hole in the top of the case and mount an engine. It won't look like the car in the pic, but it will look beefed up. The engine below is the 427, not the 383 that the car has, only better. Like many classic muscle cars, this case will appear to have been upgraded to an engine so big that it sticks out the top of the hood.

The engine has moving parts too. If you move the geer here:

    It spins the fan here:

So if I tie in a small fan (say 40mm) I can get this engine going!

Put an air intake on the top of the case and hide a WC rad inside it, very muscle bound.
BTW if the grill is opened it looks like a vauxall grill.
I nearly brought that case myselgf but thougt it look cheep compaired to my current case.

I'm not gonna use the BMW case so it doesn't matter

Since this is a dodge theme, I got the 426 dodge engine instead.. I swear I'm gonna go broke long before I can buy a single PC component.
