Yes that's the right name Eye Candy.

Still very nice work even Stevie Wonder would say that, I think so.

    I don't think he's finished yet... :p
    Far from that...

Do you think these are 'final' shots? Not every stadium of a casemod can be perfect, eventho' you do come close to that G69T :)

Wow just when you think it can't get much better....
Hey how about another quick video of it running with the reservoir spinning? You know that kind of stuff is like pr0n to a nerd.

I've been following this one from the start(long before i rego'd on the forums) and the commitment you've shown and the attention to detail is nothing short of astounding.
Without a doubt the best mod i've ever seen.

PS: Please tell me your going to sleave or at least paint the leads to the ccfl at the top.

Iv been following this mod for some time now and im amazed :eeek: at the imagination and attention to detail that has gone into it.
You should seriously consider a career in sci-fi props man!
Anyway i dont think todays modern hardware will give justice to such a one off case, i would be tempted to get a custom motherboard commisioned for your needs, and go the whole hog to have a fully customised rig , much like you have taken your time to produce an almost perfect case.

    I have a few questions:
    1. How long have you been working on this?
    2. What is your estimate for the money spent excluding labour?
    3. How much does this sucker weigh?
    4. When are you going to release your own designs for mass produced or batch produced cases? You would surely make a killing from royalties even if you had it produced elsewhere.
Keep up the good work and i cant wait to see how you are stealthing those cables :thumb:

He posted it, just after the construction of those reservoirs were finished

Just wanted to ask the same as the guy who posted here before me :) How much of your expensive time has gotten into this already? :D

And just another question... How much traffic do these pictures require from your host? :jawdrop: Must be a friggin' expensive website to keep up :duh:

Although I feel bad saying it. I just can't ignore it.
The knives are ruining the case....
If you would replace the knives in to the lower legs (continuing the lower legs) it will be much better...

but once again, it's your case..
although my opinion (and some of my friends opinions) is to continue the lower legs..

    Sorry if i'm too insolent....

Great pics. Do you use a tripod when taking them?

For what I know, is that he uses one hell of a camera, and I don't think you will need a tripod when you have Image Stabilisation and a moderately steady hand
me (=shaky) + my camera (has IS) = a friggin' sharp picture :)

and his camera is about two of my cam's, in price and in quality, so... It's also the camera that can make quite a nice picture sometimes

    1. In January 2005 I have started the Dark Blade Water station... :)
    2. The costs of the materials are ridiculous but the CNC costs are enormous amount! ( for the Dark Blade I use the cnc machine with no costs) :eeek:
    3. The weigh of the WS is 24Kg including the water, I estimate 50-55Kg for the total weigh of the mod... :eeek:
    4. The Dark Blade is one and only, unique... :thumb:

    Bye ;)

    Yes, I use one tripod.

The four blades are the theme of the mod. The columns of the WS, the guards and the blades are the 4 swords.

    Thanks for your considerations. ;)

I want to take another video when the hardware and the water blocks are in the mod. The water station is completed and more videos are superfluous.

Look the OLD VIDEOS on the bottom of the page.

    Bye ;)
