    I'll give you a cookie aswell. But I think lap sanding may be something to try. Anyone got a spare?

    Polishing

    This is turning out great. I love the blue plexi. My absolute favorite is the mirror finish on those fan busses and the DVD-ROM. I know it was already asked, and I know you said wet sanding, right? 800, 1200, then 2000. Then you used the Autosol? I found the stuff, but do to my lack of a bank account :sigh: , I am unable to order stuff. Is there anything comparable that I can get at a local automotive shop here in the States? I would love to get ahold of some of that stuff. The results are amazing! Keep it up! Can't wait to see this thing all finished up.

    That poor VGA card looks pretty crazy with all those fans'n'ducts installed :D Some years ago ppl complained about two card-slots blocking coolers but now they are happy if there's any PCI-slots left free :) Great job with the polishing. I've used Autosol few times and to get such a great shine it is really time consuming.
