I just picked up Networking Compute Devices, Inc. NCd 88k that my university was discarding. I' pretty sure its a terminal computer (boot off the netowrk, forgot the name) it has 8mb of RAM, and a bnc network connector. I was wondering if anyone had some information about this machine. Or anything i can do with it? I have to get a bnc cable efore i can connect it to a network. i searched for it but found very little.

Not much you can do with them, they weren't designed todo much at all. You can run it off a server which has TFTP but you would also need to have a BNC network.

It's designed to run off a Linux set-up. Do some research on the X-server and terminals.
