    The rest will stay as it is.
    But you can come to the Hardware info and see for yourself.
    We will be modding the case live in front of the people for The Masters Of Modding.

    Today continue working the front.

    Now the holes are nice in the center:p

    Today some parts did arrive. From the OC-shop we got the following stuff.

    OC-Press PVC Tube 1/2"
    Tygon 1/2 Tubing
    Dye Lite UV Reactive Green (2ml)

    Now we have to choose wich tube we will use. From one side Tygon but the OC-Press PVC Tube ½ is great too. :)

    The reservoir and Musketeer arrived too.

    Only we treath the Musketeer very badly:p . (sorry, Coolermaster.)

    One part we use ass mall, The other we will need to put it back in the case with.

    In the meanwhile all mesurments where taken and draw on the plexi.

    Then some sawing and stay inside the lines, and then some handjob.

    Last the small holes for the Coolermaster Musketeer.

    The line is a reciprocating thin sawblade and the metal flaired tube is an air outlet powered by a diaphragm Operated by the quickly reciprocating saw arm.

    watch out for that metal tubing liner. If it is inside the tube, make SURE its stainless or medical steel... or aluminum. Friend of mine had his water block and pump ruined from deposits from the rusting steel anti kink stuff.

    looks GREAT, really impressed with the skill saw cutting, came out really nice. keep up the good work!

    I just read the entire thread. Excellent work.

    I have a question. Did you mount the LEDs just by friction of did you insert some type of holder through the metal before inserting the LED?

    Over the pond its a fret saw.
    How did you managed to cut the acrylic without trapping the blade?
    I tryed to cut some acrylic during the week and welded my blade to the work piece with the cut of hot plastic :blush: :confused: :blush:

    you can slow the machine down... ;) (honestly, I have no idea how he did it that well)

    We have those fret-saw-machines at school :D maybe I should cut some plexi there...

    lolz, I guess this Motip stuff really is great stuff... Had 2 customers today asking explicitly for that paint :p Too bad the DIY shop I work at (Praxis) can't buy it, because it professional paint, and we are not a professional paint reseller. Luckily my boss is also the boss of a professional paint reseller in Zeist (Kesler) :)

    oeh, I'm so happy I'm getting 15% discount, because I work for him :)


    and you were at HWI today and tomorrow? maybe I'll give you guys a visit there tomorrow :)
