    Thanks to those who have offered alternatives but I've found out the new upload limit is just 10kb and my current one is 13kb so if I replace it, then later want to re-upload the old one I wont be able to. :eeek: My super powers aren't supereroeroir enough.

    Fr4nk made one so fast it was hypersonic.

    Tis easy, see here: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/ryszard.wrdelski/bit/

    You need some image editing software that will import the GIF in frames and then put snow on each frame / layer...
