ok got about £300 to spend on a digital camera any suggestions on which camera i should go for?????

I would suggest...

The Fuji FinePix 2800

I have it and it really is a very good camera good zoom, macro facility so you can do some close up stuff and the 2 mega pixels are plenty it really does give some nice pics. And the 6x zoom is more than what most digital cams have at the moment.

You can pick it up for about £300 maybe cheaper if you look hard, anyway that my 2p.

How much is Cheap? I've seen it on Amazon for £279 inc a 32Mb smart card.

thats $299 but they do not ship to UK.

if u go to http://www.imaging-resource.com/ and click price check and look for that cam there is loads of places where u can get it. but they are all US comp.
