EDIT: I decided to name my project Simplicity, because i think its a simple\pratical\(and if i may say so)beautiful mod :hip:
I hope you guys enjoyed watching it step by step, its almost ending. I hope tuesday to have it up and running. Thx to all that replied and watched my case getting shape and form. TY ALL

    Hey
I wanted to buy a new case for my new parts, since money was lacking :p i decided, Well lets just try to mod her :)

    Parts:
    MSI 975X PowerUp Ed.
    MSI Nvidia 8800GTS
    Cooler Master HYPER Intel LGA775
    CPU INTEL Core2Duo E6600
    Samsung 1Gb DDR2 800 x2
    Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty
    WD Raptor 10k 74gb
    WD 250GB 16Mb Cache SATA2 x2 (Raid0)
5x Cooler Master WhiteLED Fan 120mm
    Seasonic M-12 600W

I would like you guys to criticize my work and tell me what you think so far, its my first mod ever. I took some ideas from ALOT of ppl in order to set my own.
    So here it goes:

    The parts (missing PSU)

    Dismounted case
    [IMG]

    Marked to cut
    [IMG]

    Cutting process
    [IMG]

Radgrilz 3x120mm will be on top
    [IMG]

Painting process (Black paint WAS CRAP but its done now i wont be fooled again)

    Primary on the aluminum sides
    [IMG]

Painting process II (Bourdeaux this is GOOD PAINT :D)

Status: Im still painting the "red" parts, ill give it some 2\3 more coats of paint. Then im starting the mesh interior part to hide the PSU and the holes opening only small holes for the PSU cables to get through; Mounting the Radgrilz and doing 2 plexi led holders on the bottom and on top. Ill update has soon has possible (paint takes a while to dry)

    Heres a Small update:

4\3 fully painted with the HDD's
    [IMG]

    DVD-R \ DVD-ROM and Floppy
    [IMG]

My new cables ORANGE :D (Contrast of them with the black paint)

Status: just checked paint, case is fully painted ill let paint rest tomorow and ill remove the protections and make an update tomorow also. Also start mesh "hiding place" for the PSU.

To sirkillalot617 the point isnt in the how i did it, its in the paint itself, i bought the paint thinking it was good but when i painted it left some "waterly" traces only after 3 coats they disapeared a little. Then i found out the paint could be diluted in water and i learn NEVER AGAIN TO BUY WATER DILUTED PAINT :| Well 1st timer error, wont happen again for sure :D

If you live in the UK Halfords do good paint i used it for mine and i got good detail out of the cans.

The mods looking nice btw, did you find the case hard to take apart as i have one of these and was looking at how to do it and looked confusing and gave up.

Im too lazy, i didnt take it apart :p
Thou u can paint it very nicely without taking it apart.
Theres lots of logs in here and in other forums that u can see a stacker being taen apart, imo isnt very hard but its ALOT of work, and im just too lazy :dremel:

Status: i intended to start bending the mesh to make the "PSU hideout", finish the painting of the dark red, open holes in the case\plexi to put some white 5mm leds, AND HOPEFULLY start puting all together with the parts next week.

    Ty all for your opinions
