And further with the drive bay cover. It’s close to the pcb from the graphic card, but that’s what I want.

Some little file work to do.

    But it’s fits.

I want to keep the inside straight. So the power cables for the Vga cards must be short. ;)

Marking the places for the led’s.

    And ready to drill.

That’s bright light. Just a few led’s will light up the hole inside.

Only the green pcb from the vga cards must be black. Than the soldering looks more to chrome.

And 3 led’s are shining on the ram cooler. Exact in the centre from each fan. ;)

    See you soon.

Sometimes it goes not the way I want. I know that I must cut out some alu from the cover plate. But pci-e slot 1 and 3 are for SLI. Do normal and that 1 and 2. Now I must place the fans under the radiator. No big problem I can live with it. ;)

This part fit. Only some work extra. Make an extra cover for the radiator.

There is only 2 ore 3 mm space between radiator and the vga cooler.

Also making new plates for the cover.

    See yu soon.

I buy this weekend some mesh and paint.

Than it looks like this. There is only temporary 1 screw to hold it as good as possible.

And the opening for the cd or dvd.

When I push here the cd or dvd comes out.

It’s starting to look like a case again.

    See you soon.

Won't that scratch any CD or DVD you use?

No, it do not scratch any cd ore dvd. Because it have on both sides 0,5 mm space. Just what Jipa say. And it’s smooth I used waterproof sanding paper (1800) to finish it. So even when the cd makes contact with the cf no scratches at all. ;)

Carbon vs. White.. I see a lot of contrast now :)
Could you post an overview pic of the complete case, with everything temporarily in place (at least as much as possible) ?

Today I started to remove the glue in the feet.

And this sit’s around the whole feet.

And gone after a couple of hours.

Now I can assemble the feet under the case.

Removing the glue that’s more time than I expected. So the other ding that I did this evening. Assemble the door for so far as possible. Waiting for 1 part that must be chrome.

@Koradhil, I hope you found one pic. ;)

    @JAxen, thanks.

    See you soon

Is that fan going to be replaced with an LED fan? It looks a bit out of place at the moment.

So much hand-finishing with such messy and annoying materials. How could anyone NOT give this 5 stars?

Today I continue with the case feet. I don’t wane see any green light from under the case. So I se black kit to cover the green light from the led’s

And this is the reason. I want white light from under the case.

One of the most terrible parts from this mod is removing the aluminium protection from the carbon.

This is for the lower part from the case.

The hardware what comes in the lower part from the case. Will be assembled on the back wall. I hope it will looks like its floating.

Also the hardware will be light out with led’s in the lower part.

Than the light out in the garage.

I think if you put the case on and black under ground..... Then seem as it floats. Or not?

As last the effect from the led fan on the carbon.

    See you soon.
