I just used a spiral dremel bit and milled the hole to the right size, any unevenness is covered by the flange on the fillport

@ Pie, you can mark out the hole, drill a bunch of 4mm holes around the out-side, then dremel or file out the little bits that are left.

I managed to get 'some' work done on the painting and top of the case in the past few days so here it is.

I decided not to use the mesh on the top of the radiator fans, its way to air restrictive

Ahh, my brother! Our nexus-s (nexi?) are pretty different, but your project is really clean, i like it. My current tower is trashy. Looks as complicated as the London underground. :p ( no offense to any Londeners)

Are you going to use the red racks on the build? Could be a lil strange with the blue.

The mod is actually pretty close to being done all I need to do is make the mobo cover and finish off the front and some other small details, although im a little disappointed about not getting much support in this mod. but o well its my first one. so everything is going good and the mod should be done soon, hope for some more comments though...

Amazing work, I love you you are making everything fit in together scheme-wise byu covering the bays/front and stuff. I still think you should have done red inside though.

Nice work. I'm doing mine in cherry wood but using some of the same hardware. I have the fillport and radiator you are using but I didn't see your pump. I will be watching your progress as I do mine and posting my pics on a different thread.

This case is coming out real nice ,looking very clean and i like the mix of black and red ,regarding the front color im a bit undecided i think it would look the best with red color against the black frame araound it ,but then u might want to change the red fan (wich i like very much) to another color because i think the fan wont look god having the same color as the front.

By the way an overal god job keep it comming....

I am thinking about leaving the front brushed aluminum, it gives it a nice look and I think Ill leave the front fan coverless I think it looks cool as is. but thanks alot for all the input
