Hello .. Brothers , This hardware that I have :

    Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 ver 1.0
    CPU : Intel E6600
    Memory : Transcend 1GBX 2 800Mhz DDR2
Power Supply : Enermax 1000 Watts Gamer edition
    Video Card : Asus X1950XTX ... ATI
Sound Card : Creative Audigy 2 ZS 2 Platinum
Display : 17" Wide screen Philips 170T with TV Tuner
    Headset : Sony MDR-XD200
Cooling : CPU : Gigabyte 3D Rocket II ( Very damm good 35 At Full ASS 2 Cores Load )
    VGA : Stock Cooling
Hard Disk : WD 80GB SATA For the windows and Active using .

OK I think I have to upgrade those :
    1- Motherboard
    2- Video Card
    3- Sound Card
    4- Display
    5- Hard Disk

    Some Tips :

    * Motherboard I want Gigabyte or Asus only no other craps
    * Video Card I think I will move to nvidia with the DX10 .. Don't know SLI Or Not , and which model ....
    * Sound Card I will go with creative X-Fi for sure ,, which one dont know ...
    * Display I don't want big ass screen and I want it wide screen , maybe 19 " or 21" not more than this ... I start fell that my 17" is small ...
    * My sound system is the headphone , the speakers only when friends come :D
    * maybe change to 80Gb Sata 2 or something .. but not raptors ... :)
    * I will buy 160GB Sata 2 for active use and I will Back Up All my files on DVDS and CDS like you said .. This the best way ..
    * The Games Running very well now ..

Guys Help me , Tell me If I want to upgrade .. and what I need ..

I will sell my old parts that need to change then upgrade in the next month ..

    thanks very much

I'd think about upgrading your display and hard disk. More RAM would be nice too.

    No? Yes? Maybe?

What do you use the PC for? Is it too slow at the moment?

I'm sorry, I can't see much need to upgrade any of that. If you've got 2gb RAM there's not much need to upgrade that. The only reason to upgrade that video card is an actual need to use DX10. If the motherboard works, I can't even begin to imagine why you would want to upgrade it. There's no reason to upgrade a drive from SATA to SATA2 unless you're also getting a bigger drive, because despite the cool name you won't even be able to measure the performance difference, let alone feel it.

Maybe you could upgrade your monitor, because it's a bit small.

Beyond that, you said it yourself - "The Games Running very well now .. " so unless you really like wasting money, what possible reason do you have for upgrading?

personally i think widescreen 19in tft's are to small, i was comparing them to my 17'' tft, and well i was disappointed. planning on getting a 20'' or 22'' tft as there at a good price right now.

and dear god get some HDD space, i have two 160GB drives and well there getting full, with installs and ''Backup's'' of my ''DVD's'' :naughty: :hehe:

250GB drives are £40 to £50 depending on brand, any smaller then 250GB and you waste your money as the price dosent really drop that much compared to size.

Your X1950XTX will keep you going very well until better DX10 cards are out, and DX10 gaming is more main stream.

yeah, sorry...missed that...that one rocks, and like burn said, dell's kick...might look at hanns g as well, or ben-q...but that samsung is about as good as it gets, so then it comes down to price...pick four or five you like and analyse it from there...

Nice . its cheaper but ..

I don't think they are same ? if you check this there is a big different

you mean this Dell E228WFP ?

But This seems that Samsung is way better : here what I mean

Dell E228WFP ( according to Dell web site )
    Response time : 5ms
    Brightness : 300cd/m²
    Contrast Ratio : 800:1

Samsung 226BW ( according to Newegg web site )
Response time : 2 ms (GTG)
    Brightness : 300 cd/m²
    Contrast Ratio 1000:1(DC 3000:1)

    so what now ?
