I want to put windows 98se, NT4, and 2000 SP4 on a single 60GB hard disk in a laptop. What order should these be installed to allow multi boot?
I figured 98se first, then NT, then 2000? They will be on separate 8GB partitions.

In my experience with 98se and XP in dual boot, 98se first then XP. So I guess the order you're using would work the best.

Start with the earliest windows first, thats usually the best way.

in the case of vista duall boot is a nightmare if you do not install the oldest OS first.

yeah, a good rule of thumb is to always do oldest to newest.. the newer ones will find the older ones, and set up the boot loader accordingly..
and, if you plan in incorporating linux, a good rule of thumb is to install linux AFTER all your windows OSes are installed
