    @ c-king: yes it´s a remote controll. keeps the case clean and helps lazy fellows to stay lazy ^^. no unnecessary movement.

    @tech-dann : thx and we´ll see at the end of the year.

    a really great case, but please sleeve the power cabels they destroy the smooth look of the case :naughty:

    the striped cap is part of the remote control, it covers the pwr button.

    About the hard-drive

    Two things I couldn't figure out from reading your log:

    1) How do you keep hard drive seeks from reverberating like a drum?
    2) How do you transfer heat away from it?

    @ fri: rubberpads are glued to all styrene sheets. that kills most of the vibrations, you can only hear them when it´s quiet my room.

    the harddrvs run in a cage of 5mm alu bars and are cooled with a 92mm fan running @5v most of the time. hd tune says 32° C, i think that´s ok.

    The case looks absolutely fantastic, if only it had hardware of equal stature. Surely a mod a great as this should be able to get some serious sponsorship.

    @ burned: this case would be quite expensive even when produced in series. expensive means the 500-1000€ per case region.

    @ naz. no sponsorship yet. maybe i have to go to a exibition or a contest first before i can get in contact with the industrie.

    ok i have one more (update). i had some time over the last weekends to add some cf to my keyboard and mouse. now everything is fitting the style of the case.
