Photos On the Other Side

Here’s my kinda submission. I went outside the other night to take some pictures, found a good spot, sat down, took one picture, than my camera shut down b/c of batteries...

So instead I doctored up a photo I took a month or two ago.

I’m not really submitting it in the contest; I just want to know what you all think of it.

 

The blurring effect makes it look like you traveling at some illegal speed.

 

I applied a water color filter to make the +'s like when you look at a traffic light in the rain.
And i lightened the sky on the other side. It was near dusk, but i felt that a lighter sky would better suit the direction i was taking.
Other than that i didn't use the blur tool much...

however considering that 66 in a 65mph zone is illegal... yes i was traveling at some illegal speed

i personally think it looks like someone took this with an old is cameraphone.
