You can't. Just get a second PSU.

i think about something with parallel connection . my opinion is the connect another cable to the 24pins by parallel connection .

P4 PSU's are the same as 24-pin psu's minus the 4 pins on the end. Look at some pictures online to see which side the 4 pins are added then take them off when you do your mod.

Just solder the ATX and "P4 connector" (square 12v connector) in parallel. just do this to all the wires EXCEPT the green and gray wire.

Just be sure that the PSU is able to deliver enough power to power two boards.

Oh, and only one of the motherboards will be able to turn on and off the computer. (the one with green and gray wires connected)

no, useing 1 psu for 2 motherboards means both have to power on together.

i did this with a friend years ago for a seti project, we even went as far as buying atx connectors and making an extension cable in order to do it.

You can. Why would you post something so definitive as "You can't" , when you don't know the right anwser? Why not post something like, "I'm not sure how, but it would be easier with 2 psu's?"

Does no one remember this picture? :

You can do it, but the "how" is the question.

woooot.. yay my 1000W PSU!!! I love it now after see that photo... Love it ;) yeah Enermax rock 4 Mobo in 1 PSU  I love my PSU

okay here how : you get same cable ( 24 pins and the 8 pin cables ) and connect them to the main PSU like make the main PSU double it's easy

but the problem that you can blow the psu or mobo or your hardware like I did becaues the idiot cheap psu... it will not handle and make evey thing boom..

any way it's like copy the cables.. mean get cheap PSU and cut the wires and connecet them to the right colors to the main PSU...

okay good luck brother.... take care of your self.. don't for get the fuses and etc.. to keep your self alive that is a power

    I love enermax

It should work the only bad thing bout it is if you have to shutdown the computer of one mobo you have to shut the other mobo to cause the computer acts as a relay when i shut's down it also shut's down the PSU unless you got a schematics that can act similar to a relay but digitally then your screwed if you have found a way i'm all ears i have thought of the same question but i have no answer to that question yet

before you do anything with electrical make sure you know how to wire them up do you won't waste any money on them =) my suggestion
