Interestingly enough if you have a problem with DABS it is a lot easier to email their chief executive David Atherton than sit in a queue waiting forever (and usally getting hung up on), he tends to reply quick and sort stuff out. I will say this about DABS, they are fine, fantastic in fact just as long as things don't go wrong, if they do then it gets messy.

Only prob I can see with these SFFs is if you're using them for a main system, I have a DVD drive and a CD-RW in my system and use both. Guess you could always put that USB2 connection to good use and buy something like the new Yamaha CRW-F1.

Best thing to do is get a DVD/ CD Rewriter Combo.

Ive seen them as low as 60 squid from MicroDirect.

Or Overclockers.co.uk do a nice PLextor combo but that like 122 squid.

Combo's are to my mind a woefully bad compromise, you kinda get a neutred DVD drive and neutred CD-RW, neither particular fast or good at either.

I thought the PLextor One might be OK cos they make wicked writers and have done for a while. I aint tried one ever tho so i cant comment.

Perhaps someone here can comment on a good combo drive cos the best reviewer is the end user normallyt lol :)

    http://www.plextor.be/English/products/px320a.html

Its only 20 speed write so if your used to 48 speed like me itll be slow lol.

Incedently i got my p4 1.6 runnign at 2.13 stable in this box at factory voltage (16x133) also got the memory running at full ddr 333 .

I love this little box but still love my lian li pc61 system .

Most of the reviews I read said there were problems with running PC2700 at aggressive memory settings.

    I think this is baloni.

I've run mine at PC3200 with normal C2.5 settings and PC3000 at ultra Cas2 and 1T.

    I love this box.
