Case Mod - In Progress Handon's Infernal Worklog 24.09. Update !!!!

Hi everybody, welcome to my first worklog here on bit-tech.net


Here a first draft for you





The first window is ready


the first part of the attatchment to the existing front

with a so called Waterfan :--D

after that I had to take a closer look at the case that was really broken down..



with a new top made of wood

the panel for the radiator (black painted )

I started to cut out the mesh at the 120 mm fan intake


The powersupply will be installed at the bottom of the case to fit in the watercooling

 

I like the curve of the top in the original design. Putting the bigger pictures in the thread would be helpful!

lol.. thats because on the picture there is still a foil on it ... I only used it to show you how it will look like. today I will buy some bigger mesh.

Yesterday I got some more work done.
I filled and sanded the upper part of the front.. in the end it really should be a plain surface

the two holes are there because I need them to mount the wood whatever I should call it thing

some more filling...


this is the mesh I talked about ... as a panel it costs about 20€... no way and yes... I will paint it

and here is some more non case related work: I painted my mouse and mousepad.

I did a lot of things, some smaller, some bigger the last couple of days and now i want to present you the most up to date progress.

Here we go

as you can see I painted the inside all black and I made a cover for the powersupply out of acrylic which I painted black





in reality it's a smooth black... I will make better pics , I promise ...at least you can see the awsome logo





here I have attached a fan and some mesh to give you a clue how it will look like when it's ready

 

cool plexi top. Do a little more filing on the edges and it'll look great
