    MSI’s Exclusive Turbo Drive Engine Technology (TDE)

    The MSI GX600 is equipped with MSI’s exclusive Turbo Drive Engine 1Technology (TDE). This technology can be used to increase the speed of the CPU up to 20% simply by pressing the silver Turbo button on the keyboard when the GX600 is in AC mode. The notebook operates faster and saves the user time.

    There's no such thing as a gaming laptop! lol

    I didn't see any specs for the battery life there, have they published that info do you know? Or have they "forgotten" because their ubernotebook lasts for an hour then gives up under the weight of its hardware?

    Its a step towards an actual gaming laptop, but I'm still really skeptical of the phrase...

    That's simply not true. They're not a fantastically portable thing, but they're more than capable of games. FYI. :p

    All right, all right, technically there are gaming laptops... but theyre not portable enough to be useful lol

    They're a damnsight more portable than a normal rig is. Somewhere between a classic laptop/notebook and a shuttle/Mac Mini...

    I can see me getting owned soon lol

    I just have an inbuilt dislike of gaming laptops... they're not as good as a normal rig, and they're not as portable as a normal laptop. They seem stuck in the middle with not-quite good enough features to be either.
