Well, we are almost finished. I had to employ some help to pull this off.

Here is the foreman giving directions to the crew.

The fire chief is talking to one of the fire marshalls. Never can have too much safety in a construction zone.

Last minute radio check to the chief.

Not sure what this guy does, but he sure is happy to have a job...

Now that is a pose. Holdling a 6ft brass screw in front of a 12ft fan... (Lego scale)

Just coordinating with the front end loader, he is carrying all the screws for the project. Would had to see him spill the bucket.

    Some last minute coordination.

Just an aerial shot from the helo...

Just got the first corner bracket it. You can see one of the guys bolting it together.

Here comes the moment of truth. The legs...There is no margin of error here.

    Just enough clearance.

Took that rig to the limit.

    Success!!!!

Corner in place time to bolt the side panels on...

I think that guy has bucket envy.

Taking a break to admire their work.

    BACK TO WORK!!!!

Fire Marshall is inspecting the Belgin Switch installation... Seems ok, for now...

    Shot of the construction site.

    Working hard...

    Checking in with the boss.

    Sneek peek...

Hey, someone has to drive this thing...

    WE'RE DONE!!!!

After the crew gets some sleep, we'll take the modelling pictures...

Hope you enjoyed this as much as I did building it.

Nice woodwork. I really like the different colours of wood.
Why wasn't the Fire Marshall wearing a hard hat?!

    hehehehehehehe

When is the construction crew going to install the hardware? I'm sure they'll need a few cranes to manipulate it all :D

hmm, considering i prolly have one of the largest Lego collection in my town. this update made my day, in fact i was playing Lego designer right before looking at this.
Besides the amazing Lego crew.. This is (personally) the coolest wood case I've seen, nothing against other ones. they just never appealed to me. The black acrylic on the wood. is just very eye catching.

An angry face on a Lego-figure? That would require some serious modding :D

A black texta can be used to draw a horizontal line over the smile and inverted eyebrows over the originals, sorta like this: :grr: Printing a little yellow relix like nexxo's & sticking it on would look funny :D
