Simple question. I'll have it paired with an e6550 Intel Dual Core CPU, and some G.Skill (2GB) ram @ PC6400. Is anyone running this setup and what kind of FPS are you getting at 1680X1050/1920/1200. I want to know if it's worth it to just grab a 24" widescreen instead of the 22" I was going to purchase.

EDIT: Don't know how to fix the title but it should say 1680X1050, my bad!

I've played the demo on my rig (see sig) and it's smooth.

At which resolution? Were the settings all the way up?

Probably but we can't say for sure because the demo didn't have all the graphical options in it apparently.

the demo even ran very smoothly in my friend's Pentium Dual Core at 2.4, with 8800GTS 320MB.

and it is locked at 60FPS on my GTX.

so i'd expect 8800GT to work great at that resolution. but im not sure about Dx10 with AA enabled. since looking at HardOcp's Gears of War (Unreal Engine 3) performance analysis, it seems like the 8800GT can't do Dx10 AND AA at the same time.

That is, if you can find one. They're sold out almost everywhere at highly marked-up prices. Bring on the HD3870 to produce some competition.

Or you could buy my 8800GTX from me just to be sure? ;)

    And my 24" screen... :D
