Networks Dual network connection problems.

    Hi all.

    I recently added an additional network card to my work pc. i need 1 connection to the net and 1 to a machine at work. The original network connection works ok with either cables i plug in, but which ever one i plug in to the new card works for a few seconds and then says limited connection.

    Does it work if a cable is only plugged in to the new one?

    Is it even receiving an ip address?
