Photos Lone Tree

    Here is a picture I took two nights ago. I didn't get too many pictures because it was like -15 F and my camera started to act up.

    I did have 15 second exposure on and I had to lighten it. Althought thats what it looked like in real life. Almost a full moon and it was clear because it was -15.

    Really good shot. i especially like the gradients in the sky.

    Where is that taken, BTW? And what is that sticking up from the now? Straws or broken trees?


    Isn't it the opposite? It was cold because it was clear? :p

    The picture was taken in Minnesota and those things sticking up are Corns-Stalk.

    I'd say we are both right.:D It was so cold that there was no water vapor in the atmosphere because it froze and fell to the ground.:brrr:

    Interesting composition - those 3 stars in a triangle above the tree are in just the right place.
