haha. this made me laugh. haha. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=509713&in_page_id=17
The Bus driver is an ass to have said what he said. People don’t pay to hear his/her thoughts. I kind of like their Goth look
If it were me driving the bus, I'd have asked, "Where's the fancy dress party?" /runs for the border.
Even though what the bus driver said was harsh, what the hell did they expect to hear from people? Will this spawn a new scene (as if the UK needs anymore with the chavs, emos, goths) something along the lines of Dog-Goth or something.
If they got Jobs, then they could learn to drive, buy a car, and then not be discriminated against, maybe?
People should be able to express themselves without having to hear stupid comments from others. If you were to ask the question, then be prepared for the answer, regardless of the outcome.
What the driver said was wrong, but on the other hand what did they expect? OF COURSE they're gonna get strange looks and comments. True "People should be able to express themselves without having to hear stupid comments from others" sure, in a perfect world but that's not how the world works! That's just how it is and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
Dog-collar thing screams 'look at me I'm an attention *****' Its something that should be keep in the privacy of their home (which we all pay for)
I bet every Goth in the country is gonna travel by bus now. They don't appear to be violent people and have done the right thing in reporting the bus driver. I'll take an oddly dressed mild mannered couple over an angry bigot in a company uniform any day of the week thankyou. Good luck to them. Musics not bad either. Sisters Of Mercy and The Mission. Great bands.
Now that I've read the article, I have to say I agree with the goths. Sure, they look different and they don't fit within our own, personal moral mould, but the driver's reaction was over the top. -monkey
And Dog backwards is God... wow, really deep, man. I need to go contemplate my puny life in this cosmos. ;P
Is it just me that's more bothered by the fact that two teenagers are engaged, planning on bringing a child into the world, and dressed up in silly costumes while on benefits? They're both probably fit and healthy, and chances both of them could work in at least some minimum wage job. I'm all for the welfare state - it's a wonderfull thing that a man can lose a job and be supported for a few weeks or months untill he gets another. But these two? They would appear to be leeches. The bus driver needs severe diciplining for being a jerk, and these two need to be made to find jobs or lose their benefits.
