I am looking for a company that can make custom heat pipes. I have sent emails to two companies but have not received a response from either in over 3 weeks. Is there a reliable place out there that will do one offs?

I would do it myself but the "tuning" of the atmospheric pressures is beyond my capabilities right now. Unless I make the pipes myself and can send them off to be pumped and sealed.

    Any help would be great.

What do you need them for, and how elaborate would they be?

I need them for transporting heat from components (cpu, hdds, etc) to the outside of the case. They wont be too elaborate, consisting of interface, transport system, and large external heatsinks.

Why do you have to have it vacuum sealed???

That is a fundamental necessity of a heat pipe. Atmospheric pressure is changed to allow the heat transfer fluid to boil at the appropriate temperature.

No. If I were to use distilled water at sea level atmospheric pressure then the boiling point would be too high (100C). The boiling point of the water needs to be brought down to the 45-60C level.

EDIT: Thanks Kempez I will look into it

The isomers of pentane have boiling points at useful temperatures (36c, 28c and 10c) the problem is that theyre hard to get hold of, however if you have access to refrigerants it may be possible (r601 and r601a). For the temperatures youre talking about hexane may be suitable, hexane is a very commonly used solvent in chemistry/biology labs.

Last I checked, ammonia was used as well.
