More came in that box. I'm just too busy setting up Win-hoez. This should be my last post from a PC not Mithril-based.

    There's a 3600 X2 doing the job now, waiting on 45nm Phenom...

Some new stuff is curing, I've cut some poplar to size, and I have a new toy, but that will have to wait. Cable here is out, the apartment's wiring burned into the lines, destroying our internet/tv hardware and leaving us with no internet until all lines are rerun.

Plus is we go from old RG-59 to RG-6 so it will be a better connection...

Can four of those w/ Phenom compete with something that Intel and Nvidia has to offer? Haven't seen any proper benchmarks, I'm just very, very pessimistic about the whole crossfire-stuff.

While it might be a brute-force method of getting to where you want, yes, this should definitely be able to compete with high-end Intel/nVidia stuff. CrossfireX & Tri-SLI shootout, anyone?

All in all, looks pretty good. I am looking forward to see how it comes together.

Galadriel's craftsmen wrought a great beryl into a conduit for the magics that were to power their gift. While not suited for gemwork, its massive beauty was perfect for this no less noble cause.

In other words, a splitter for watercooling. One down, one to go.

I see you got the same mobo I bought for my mod. How do the cards fit in the first slot? I havent done anything with mine yet but the heatpipes seem to be in the way. how close is the card to the heatpipes?

that splitter looks like it is full of cracks. is it really?

The splitter is polycarbonate. Yes and no, it is cracked. I overcure it, which makes it shatter, but while it's still flexible I compress the cracks back together and it welds itself shut. I make my pump tops out of the same stuff.
