Having picked up Kane's Wrath, I was looking forward to registering for the RA3 beta - only for the website to tell me that the serial is not valid. I've tried it about 10 times, all to no avail. So, is anybody else's RA3 beta key working?
Yes, but to pre-reg you have to input a serial from a piece of paper in the Kane's Wrath box. That's the serial that's not working. I've contacted EA, but I fully expect them to be useless about the whole thing.
Received my copy this morning and getting the same thing, invalid key. Anyone had a response from EA yet? Edit: from wandering the EA forums it looks as though this is a server problem that they're trying to fix, seems like you were lucky to get it working Joe.
No reply as of yet - the "we'll be back to you within 24 hours" clearly being a fib If it's a server problem, I'll just keep trying in a few days methinks
This is a known issue and they are apparently working on it. Try sending Apoc (CNC community manager) an e-mail or a PM on the official forums. Luckily mine worked first go.
Apparently the server has been accepting all of the valid serials that have been input so far, just displaying the wrong webpage to confirm it Hopefully should be fixed soon so people can check. Edit: They've apparently finally got it fixed, go go go
Ah superb, managed to register. EA did send me a support ticket, and I sent in a copy of my manual, box and serial for RA3. All is good with the world!
apparently it was accepting any random numbers at one point... did someone here download from the EA store and then get the beta key? i didn't ...
