    Is that true?

(And I vote tea, purely because coffee is addictive, in my exp. at least, and does bad things to my attitude)

Coffee is the only way to survive all-nighters, be it work or uber-frag-tourny's... Ahh, my espresso machine's paid for itself a million times over with screams of "flak-monkey" by now...

... but tea is the cure to all hangovers :p

The only time I drink coffee is when I'm out on exercise with cadets, usually at night so I don't fall asleep on a ambush or something. But still it has to have enough sugars to tame the taste.

    But Tea Cheesecake!

If I were not a Christian, I would worship the caffeine molecule and pray by drinking as much coffee as my ulcers can take.

    heheh, KayinBlack. ;)

Think I read recently that researchers found what seems to be a link between one cup of coffee per day lessening the chances of developing Alzheimer's Disease. Sounds like another reason for a good cup!

People think I'm kidding, but I'm not. Working a full-time job, plus pulling my business from repairs and shifting her to PC cooling design and production, plus being a parent, husband, and dog lover-not to mention my MMOs and being a scourge of the Intertubes-something has to power that...

I don't like either. The smell of coffee makes me feel really sick (yeah call me a freak... I hate the smell of bacon too). I tried really hard to force myself to like tea and especially coffee, but it just didn't happen. I have a very sensitive nose and there are just too many similarities between the smell of coffee and that of cigarette smoke. Luckily for me I love the taste of RedBull and don't think it tastes anything like earwax, cough medicine, etc.

You don't have to. Coffee probably worships you. :p

Coffee, tea, both are good in my book. Green (or white) tea to refresh, mellow and rehydrate; good black coffee to get a kickstart in the morning, or espresso with a nice shot of grappa.

this poll needs a hot chocolate option.

I'm a terrible caffeinejunkie, so coffee hands down. I can also drink tea and I like it, but at home I drink coffee. I love espresso/latte/cappucino and all the other fancy things that you can get from proper café, but at home it's just some generic stuff.

What about both? I tend to drink more coffee than tea, but it really depends on my mood. Though I prefer a good caramel latte to both in most cases, and go straight for a bottle or two of cold Bawls if I really need a caffeine boost.
