That list would be a lot easier to follow with less information. The brands and specific model numbers aren't really important for power consumption and make it hard to filter out the real information. For example:

    System #1
    Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS4
    Q9450 @ 3.8
    2x2GB DDR 1066
    Radeon HD3870 (Edit: x2)
    5x Hard drives
    DVD-RW
    Asus Xonar PCIe sound card
    10x 120mm LED fans

For all of my estimates, please understand that I'm talking about quality, name-brand power supplies (Corsair, Seasonic, Enermax, OCZ). If you choose a cheap power supply, my estimates will all be much too low, because the ratings on cheaper supplies are generally complete lies.

For System #1, you'd want something with around 550 watts (Edit: not 400 watts, as I originally said - I hadn't noticed the dual video cards) to ensure there's some overhead. For System #2, something with around 380 watts would be plenty. For the other two systems, you'll find that any decent power supply on the market is overkill. Look for something around 300 watts, just because there aren't as many quality supplies below that point.

Ohh, Mean brands don't make a different on power usage, I didn't know that.

    Man are you kidding me ? 400 Watts for System # 1 ? How ? EX38-DS4 + Q9450 + 4GB 1066 + 2X HD3870 + 5 HD = 400 watt ?

    System 1: Corsair HX620
    System 2: Corsair VX450
System 3: PicoPSU 80-120, Sparkle 250, Enermax Pro82 385, Seasonic 330 - the PicoPSU would be the best option, but may be a bit more expensive
    System 4: as above

Sorry, I didn't notice that it was an SLI system. That'll change things quite a bit; you'll want at least 550 watts in that case. As Mister_Tad said, the Corsair HX620 would be an excellent choice.

    QFT.

And 400 Watts might be a good estimation for the first rig (well dunno about the wattages of those ati cards... 500 W maybe?). The second may draw about 200 Watts and the rest... well, it doesn't really matter as there just aren't any low-wattage PSUs except for the pico-PSUs. The seasonic S12-330W appears to be a nice inexpensive PSU that suits your needs for the 3. and 4.

Mister_Tad offers sound sensible, BUT 400 Watts for Rig 1 and 200 Watts for Rig 2, This nonsense, I can't get it. how it draw this low power?!!!!

Don't believe the marketing men of the power supply manufacturers, believe the measured powers given to you by reviews and fellow hardware-enthusiasts with power meters.

For example I have a power meter and I have measured my system to draw 220 Watts from the grid. My system is E6750 @ 3,2 GHz and 8800GTS 512 MB and three HDDs.

Really! I have 1000Watts enermax, I'm using it with rig 2 from 1 year now. So I'm getting rig 1 soon, So I was want to know how much power they will use, Because if rig 1 needs 600Watts,I keep my 1KW Better for me, I wanted to sell it because it lose little power as they say. BUT it sounds good after you told me that it use 600watts Only

For rig 2 I will get the 450watts power supply, and rig 3&4 and cheap PSU will do the job.

    I Changed The Plan.

    System # 1
    *GIGABYTE GA-EX38-DS4
    *Q9450
    *4GB(2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066
    *2X HD3870
    *ASUS Xonar DX
    *Western Digital SATA HD
    *SATA DVD±R

    System #2
    *GIGABYTE GA-P965-DQ6
    *E6600 @ 3.0 ( Stock Voltage )
    *2GB(2 x 1GB) DDR2 800
    *X1950XTX ( Stock Voltage )
*Creative Audigy 2 ZS With Front Bay
    *5X Western Digital SATA 3.0Gb/s
    *DVD±R IDE
    *4X 120mm Fans

    SO I use the 1000W PSU in System # 1 or # 2 ?

The other one, Which PSU it will need ?

Try out the PSU Calculator and read up at jonnyguru.

When I'm looking to buy a new PSU I consider the full load and add 30-40%. So for a load of 550W whilst a quality PSU of 600W may cope fine with it something more around 800W would be better.

Why do I say this...well if you look at alot of PSU's today they get louder with more heat they produce. Higher loading will produce higher heat output (I'm really generalising here just to put things in context) and therfore require more active cooling....more active cooling = more noise.

If you had a load of 550W on a 600W PSU you'll soon find the PSU screeching along trying to cool itself. Put a 550W load on a 1000W PSU and you'll barely be stressing it and therefore have a much quieter cooling solution.

Of course though this is quite a simple generalisation. Some PSU's cool better than others and don't get as loud as quickly as others..although these tend to then be larger than the ATX specification and it's possible you'll run into installation space issues.

I agree with you on this. But some times you don't need the extra power. It's better to have but not important.

MY point is, Know exactly power use of those hardware. So I can know which PSU I can go with.

I will make # 2 a File/Media server and 2nd hand computer use. and #1 is my main for gaming and work, #3 for downloading and #4 for some vertucal server ( like vent or team speak )
