I think everyone notices that effect, i play on my 2nd monitor , so when im done with a song i look to the right to see if anyone is msn'ing me and the screen looks like its moving away from me its maddness, but fun at the same time, yet to play when drunk though...

It's horrible trying to play when drunk (for me at least), it's like a torture, seeing all the notes I should hit, yet don't have the reactions to... :(

Finally got around to getting GH3 on Tuesday (£22 for the solus version on Play with £2 off voucher :D). 5 starred everything on easy apart from Raining blood. Now to start on Normal.

Very nearly played One perfectly (my favourite song out of this batch, with Knights of cydonia a close second) but my eye started to itch right at the end and missed 1 note :wallbash:

When I bought Guitar Hero, I absolutely loved it. My girlfriend however could not see the appeal.

Then I went and made the HUUUGE mistake of buying the "No Doubt" track pack. I'd probably still like the game... if I can ever wrestle the controller out of her hands and get her to realise that "Don't Speak" isn't the only song you can play on there!

I am a medium player of Guitar Hero.
I think with a lot of practice I should be in hard mode.

I've been randomly picking up GH3 and playing it for 10-15 minutes at a time for a while. I've 100%'ed a number of songs on Expert including my name is Jonas and Lay Down

Shame he can't do it live consistently. Dragon Force are one of those elite few metal bands that actually sounds worse live than on CD.

Oh precisely - there's nothing better than a band that actually manage to outdo their own album when they play live. Give me Nine Inch Nails any day.

100% on TTFAF (expert). If you understand the significance of that acronym, you'll probably want to watch HERE.

I'm intrigued as to whether 1 000 000 points is possible - with different timing of star power?!

    Holy. Freaking. ****.

    That guy is utterly insane.

[edit] Oh, btw, there's another video of him hitting 3722 notes and getting 1,014,372 points.

At first I thought it might be fake, but having checked out who he is I think it's real tbh.

I only seem to have fun on medium. If I play hard, I just end up getting annoyed due to the orange button.

That and I still haven't gotten the hang of hammerons and pulloffs.

I play on medium, I'm trying on hard. But it's just not happening yet.
