I love the way it is so close in size to a 2.5inch hard drive. They are just asking to be stacked on top of each other.

Somebody should really do a commercial version of these in a 3.5" HDD formfactor; Molex or SATA on the respective side, Ethernet, VGA poking out, everything else available via a pinblock or dongle. You could use them to make in-case clusters along with your normal system.

I'm looking forward to this one. I love small motherboards...and large ones. Haha. Normal sizes are boring!

Now get to work and show us something! Haha

Damn, I had a similar idea when I saw the size difference(?) between the 2.5" HDD and the motherboard, by mounting it in a drive bay as a second computer, but then I saw it was a scratch build:p

My other idea is an idea of having a touchscreen, and making it into a kind of PDA thing... I'm sure you could wire up a couple of rechargable batteries to work with it?
and you've got USB ports, so maybe have a USB lead going up the side into a mobile internet dongle (or bluetooth dongle, or a wi-fi dongle)

    Just throwing ideas at you:lol:
