Case Mod - In Progress Lian-Li 0070

This is my first ever mod I did..
In the begging of this year I didn't even knew the words "modding, sleeving, blow hole, jigsaw e.t.c "..
So i did some research through various of forums...
I bought a dremel and some basic power tools and I stared!!
I have to say that cutting with the dremel wasn't that easy, plus it was a bit scary!!
one of the cutting wheels that came with the tool broke in to pieces around the room..i think i was lucky!!

So this is my case in the beginning of the year!!





I removed the rivets from the top panel..



Unfortunately I lost two files with most of the process in pictures..
so here is what i manage to recover!!

















I thought to reverse the PSU upside-down and here you go!!






The project has not finished yet..
I have to painted it and do some engraving!!
Plus to make up something for the front panel!!
So what do you think so far?

 

That is pretty awesome. I think I would describe it as "funky". Very original.

I just want to see what you do next.

 

Nice! It would be even nicer tought if you could describe your picrures a bit more.

 

I would'nt put the PSU upside down, if any liquid/substance or flies got into there then that would effectivly mean a dead PSU.
