Are they switches on the underside? Nice accent lighting and cable management.

yup, pretty nifty eh? Sadly I didnt pay attention when I ordered them and they are MOMENTARY imma order some from digikey this time and im going to make SURE they are latching pushbutton switches. And thanks for pointing out the cable management haha it is seriously like wrestling a hydra getting all the cables to fit inside this tiny case.

Turned 18 today, bought spray paint, started initial painting, need to finish wiring this week, and stay tuned for pictures

Great, I've been watching this project for a while now.
Small idea - drill some holes in alu profile that is standing above ram so ram cooler can blow air on them.. You can drill like 5x5 holes, it will look like a mesh

Well so I've been working furiously, and wiring has eating most of the time. Here is what I have:

Back fan, painted, clear coated!

Mesh, acrylic, aluminum accents!

I FINISHED THE JUNCTION BOX TODAY BUT I LOST THE SCREWS TO SEAL THE COFFIN

Ill go buy some more later, now all that's left to do is paint, install the water loop, cut the left pannel, make a rad grill, make the decals, and finish up the last bits a pieces of wiring! (A.K.A. still alot of work ) '

I must soldier on... after I come back from my camping trip on Saturday, pictures will have to wait until then.

0 days left and im on the verge of tears or shooting myself or both. Anyone want to try to stop me? I have gearbox wired up and everything is watercooled, filled bled, everything is cool except for the fact that :
1. No picture Monitor automatically goes to "energy saving mode" for all outputs (intergrated and video card)
2. Loud Beeps in long intervals (Abit says its a RAM error) so I tried to run it with 1 stick, the beeping stops but still no picture
3. Keyboard dosnt seem to show any activity, (numlock, caps locks, etc lights dont show up)

Basically I have a heavy ass box that ate most of my past year and it dosnt do ****.


I think Im going to quit building computers and modding for at least 5 years if I cant get this fixed...

 

1.) Check the power cables
2.) Check the right VGA/DVI cable is connected to the GPU
3.) Try resetting the CMOS/BIOS
4.) Pray to that great modding god up in the sky.
