Yes, a 120mm holesaw will make the best cut. A rotozip with a hole cutting attachment will aslo do.

well what i do know, is that my dad has a pillardrill holder thing for his powerdrill so keeping it straight shouldnt be a problem.

As for removing the lid he said to drill the rivits, this is safe to do with all the hardware in place isnt it? id rather not have to pull everything out :|

Pull the hardware out. Even one little metal shaving from drilling a rivet could fry your system. I wouldnt go near my case to mod it without pulling everything out of it. Or you can try and be really careful and hope you didnt let any metal shavings get loose and get stuck somewhere. But personally I would take everything out before cutting or drilling.

Thanks :D I used double sized foam tape stuff. Sticks real nice to flat surfaces. :) The color is Rustoleum Metallics Bright Blue Metallic. I used about 5 cans and didnt even finish my one side panel. Thats ok though since I have my hard drive zip tied to the side of the case anyways. ;)

the lan li has a mobo tray so i can slide that out and the drives will take 5 mins to take out.

Best thing about the lan li is the way you can take bits in and out so easy

114 will be fine since if you measure the actual opening that the blades are in it is only like 117 or something like that I think. When I did my 80mm blowholes I think I used a 76mm holesaw, it doesnt take up any (or very little) air flow at all. Kinda helps make it cleaner to since you can see srtaight down through the fan and not see the fan housing, well except for the little things that hold the motor. :p So that 117 would be fine, the 127 would be too big though, if I remeber correctly. :)

You can get 120mm Holesaws... I have one. I got mine at Home Depot... cost me 24 bucks US, but I wouldn't mount a 120 to the outside view without it. Careful though, too much pressure and it will grab and break your arm... light easy pressure evenly distributed... level that is.
